Available only through the autumn months, our Fig & Walnut loaf celebrates the season. We use plump Turkish figs and freshly toasted California walnuts, folded into our whole-wheat levain dough. The figs caramelise during baking, creating pockets of jammy sweetness throughout the loaf.

Storage

Store at room temperature, wrapped in cloth or paper. Best within 3 days. Freeze in slices up to 3 months. Refresh in 180°C oven for 8 minutes.
