Our baguette follows the traditional Parisian method: slow-fermented poolish, hand-shaped, and baked in a deck oven with live steam. The result is that signature combination of thin, blistered crust and an open, chewy interior. Baked twice daily at 7am and 1pm.

Store at room temperature, wrapped in cloth or paper. Best within 3 days. Freeze in slices up to 3 months. Refresh in 180°C oven for 8 minutes.
